HOW TO APPLY FOR A HOME THROUGH
NESTER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

  2. Click HERE for information on how to set an appointment to see the home you have chosen.

  3. Please read Nester Property Management Corporation's Tenant Acceptance Policy.

  4. Download, fill out and return a Nester Property Management Application

  5. Nester Property Management Corporation will then process your application for the property.

  6. If your application is approved the next step will be paying the security deposit.

  7. The final step is the signing of the lease agreement, and picking up the keys to your new home!

For your protection, as well as the protection of Nester Property Management,
each tenant is given a Move-In/Move-Out Inspection Report to fill out.
This allows you the opportunity to make note of anything you feel should be brought to our attention.
