Someone will be in the office during business hours.
Saturdays we will have someone in the office by appointment only.
We have a company representitive on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This number is for after hours, weekend and holiday emergencies and/or other agents to set showings outside of normal office hours.
Our after hours emergency number is (719)648-8556, all calls will be returned within one hour and are generally answered at the time of the call.
Nester Property Management will run normal office hours all year, weather permitting. If at any time the weather does not allow us to get to our office, all office phones will be forwarded to the emergency number, and answered during office hours.
