Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) are available from Nester Property Management. We will be moving all existing direct deposit owners to EFT in order to offer smoother, faster and more reliable deposits.

No more checks lost in the mail, check holds from banks or wondering which day your deposit will be done on. All EFT transactions will take place between the 8th and 10th of each month (exact date determined by day of week, no deposits are made on Saturday/Sunday). (Please note, that late rent payments from any tenants may push your deposit date back).

If you wish to move from paper checks to EFT please contact us at our office via phone or email and we will have the appropriate forms sent/faxed/emailed to you, to get you enrolled in this free service!
