Nester Property Management is excited to offer online statements for all of our owners!

    Some features and advantages of using online statements -
  1. Online statements are posted the 15th of every month. No more guess work on when your statements will reach you! No more lost statements in the mail!
  2. Online statements are always up to date. Should your tenant make a late payment on utilities, repairs, or even rent, your statement will be updated that same day. You will always know exactly where your account stands!
  3. Nester Property Management will post monthly statements for 16 months! When tax season rolls around, no more hunting for lost paper work, or waiting to have new copies faxed, emailed or mailed to you! All of your monthly statements for the previous year will be available online with a click of the mouse, just print and go!
  4. Need more than 16 months? After April of the current year, all monthly statements, invoices and bills will be archived and available from your owners page in a convenient ZIP file. This means easy access to your statments for years to come!
  5. Worried about security? The Online Statement site is protected by individual passwords, and individual password master files. Most sites have one master list for all passwords and assign permissions to directories based on login names, one wrong click by the administrator and an unlimited number of people could have access to all that information. Nester Property Management maintains an individual login name, password and master list per owner. You, and only you will have access to your statements. In addition, no sensitive information is posted on your site. Your statements will be the same as if they were mailed to you, with only your name, the address and the statement. No account numbers, no SSN, no sensitive information of any kind is ever posted on the internet!
  6. Your statement won't change! It is the same statement you have always recieved, only now you have it faster, eaier and at the click of your mouse.
  7. All your bills and repair invoices, estimates and receipts are posted using the Adobe PDF format. Ninety-five percent of all computers today have Adobe Acrobat on them, which means no special software is needed. Download your statements, bills and click print!

For this Demonstation statement and billing, the User Name is "Owner" and the Password is "owner" (please remember, Login and Password are both case sensitive). With your online statements you can customize your User Name and Password to be what ever you would like! And should you ever forget your password, just call or email and we can reset it to what ever you would like!
