PROPERTY PRESENTATION

We present your property to the largest available rental market.
Utilizing electronic, print and 'word of mouth' advertising, our goal is to offer "face time" of our rental properties to as many people as we possibly can!

We always are aware of current market conditions. This allows us to rent your property at the highest value.
Like any market, Real Estate has its highs and lows. We track these changes so we can keep the best possible pricing on our available rentals. No one would want their property to rent for less than it should, or sit vacant because it is over priced.

Our computer system enables us to maintain an exhaustive list of all the features that make your property desirable and special.
From our Management Tracking software, to our online listings, we know it isn't just a house that rents itself! By keeping a list of all the ammeneties your property offers, we can present those to perspective renters, making it easier to narrow down the search for a new home!

We minimize your rent loss by advertising your property before it is vacant.
All of our tenants are required to give at least thirty days written notice, before vacating the property. From the time that notice is given we start our advertising campaign...news paper, websites, RentClicks, the Pikes Peak MLS and a yard/window sign!

We cooperate with the local rental associations and share our vacancy listings with other members, along with military housing offices.
Every Thursday NPM Corp. faxes out a complete listing of all our available rentals to over 2 dozen agencies, Property Managers, all 3 major Military Housing Offices and more. By faxing out on Thursday we can make sure we have the most rencent list updated and ready to go, while still allowing time for agents to start setting showings for the upcoming weekend!

We are members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers.
This gives us access and exposure to all members of NARPM which allows us to work, not only with local Property Managers, but national as well.

We list vacancies with home-finder agencies and independent leasing agents.
In addition to the local Property Managers, the print and electronic advertising, we also work with several independent showing agents. This allows us a great amount of flexability in our showing times, including evenings and weekends!

We advertise in the Board of Realtors "for Rent" multiple listings section.
By utilizing the Pikes Peak MLS we not only market your property to other Property Managers, but to sales agents as well! Often times a person who is building a home will need a rental to live in while their construction is completed. The sales agent they are working with will often times assist them in finding that rental home as well.
