Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) are available from Nester Property Management. We will be moving all existing direct deposit owners to EFT in order to offer smoother, faster and more reliable deposits.

No more checks lost in the mail, check holds from banks or wondering which day your rent check will clear your bank! All EFT transactions will take place between the 1st and 3rd of each month (exact date determined by day of week, no deposits are made on Saturday/Sunday). (Please note, that any NSF transactions will incur the $40.00 NSF fee and late fees from the 4th of the month).

If you wish to move from paper checks to EFT please contact us at our office via phone or email and we will have the appropriate forms sent/faxed/emailed to you, to get you enrolled in this free service!
