Our tenants can count on us to accurately and honestly reflect your payment history on a Verification of Rent (VOR) which is generally a large step in the process of getting a loan. We can also write letters of recomendation for excellent payment history, property upkeep and the like.
In an effort to make this goal a reality, we are working on updating all of your contact information. This allows us to keep in touch regarding rents, maintenance issues and other details about the home you are living in.
