Whether you are a current or prospective tenant of Nester Property Management Corp. we understand that open and constructive communication is important to a pleasant rental experience.
Things to know as a prospective tenant of Nester Property Management Corp.:
- All showing appointments are scheduled through our office. We can be reached at 719-380-7300 .
- Our office hours at Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Saturdays by appointment.
- The application fee for all our properties is $25.00 per Residents over 18 who will be living in the home. This application fee can be paid with cash, money order or other certified funds.
- A prospective tenant has the right to provide to the landlord a portable tenant screening report, as defined in section 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and If a prospective tenant provides the landlord with a portable tenant screening report, the landlord is prohibited from: Charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee; or charging the prospective tenant a fee for the landlord to access or use the portable tenant screening report.

Things to know as a current tenant of Nester Property Management Corp.:
- Any non-emergency maintenance requests can be submitted through your tenant portal using the Maintenance tab.
- You can also call our office for any maintenance requests, questions about your lease, etc. during business hours, at 719-380-7300.
- For after-hours emergency maintenance issues (such as uncontrollable running water, sewage back up, no heat or other habitability/safety issues) should be called in to our after-hours number at 719-648-8556.
